Practical support
Support
The checks below are limited to behavior supported by the inspected app source. They do not promise that every source or provider request will succeed.
If a summary fails
- Confirm the iPhone has an active internet connection. Summary requests are sent to an external AI service.
- A paywall or login-only article may not expose its readable text. If you have the right to use the material, copy the relevant text from the source and submit it as pasted text instead.
- The inspected YouTube workflow requires an available English transcript. A video without one cannot be summarized through that workflow.
- Try the request again after checking the source. A successful retry does not prove that an earlier result was complete or accurate.
If a result looks wrong
Compare the result with the original source. AI output can omit context, misunderstand a passage, or become outdated. Do not rely on a summary alone for academic citations, professional advice, or other high-stakes decisions.
Safe diagnostics to prepare
Useful diagnostics include the iPhone model, installed iOS version, a short sequence of the steps that failed, the input type, and a screenshot with sensitive content removed.
Do not send confidential source text, passwords, payment details, private URLs, or unredacted screenshots. A source URL can also be sensitive; share it only when you have permission.
Apple subscription and refund controls
Apple processes in-app purchases. Follow Apple’s official instructions to view or cancel a subscription. To ask Apple about a purchase or refund, use Apple’s official refund guidance. Eligibility and outcomes are determined by Apple.
Apple’s refund guidance routes requests through Report a Problem. Apple, not this site, determines whether a request is available and its outcome.
